Working on the person behind the symptoms allows us to work on the fundamental reasons as to why the person got unwell in the first place, whilst still addressing dysfunction in the body.

Structure
*minimum 12 week commitment
- 1.15 hr Group call 2x a week
- Self mastery (mindset and emotions): mindset topic, breathwork, meditation, inner work tools and goal setting accountability, community connection, unpacking, q/a. (Monday 6.30pm AEST)
- Optimiser (nutrition, supplements, gut health, biohacks): cover all things nutrition, protocol and optimising gut and overall physiology. A Topic each week, unpacking and q/a (Wednesday 6.30pm)
- Monthly Women's circle: time TBA : Devine feminine work, Hormones
- Monthly Men's circle: time TBA: Men’s work (masculine work), Testosterone optimisation.
- Red 20s: 20-30mins Emergency 1-on-1 support for matters you don’t bring into the group call.
Program Includes
- Blood/lab analysis and a protocol to work on health issues: includes initial 1on1 session for 1.5 hr. which includes mindset breakthrough and run through of protocol and intentions for the quarter.
- Fortnightly Optimiser, Men’s Work or Women’s Circle
- Biofeedback check in form with feedback weekly, including feedback on nutrition tracking through Cronometer.
- Community group: you’ll find recipes, resources/tools, guides, pre recorded videos. e.g. how to read nutrition labels, specific breathwork/meditations and tools for inner shifts, recorded masterclass content from previous calls, and a community to connect and learn from! We share here.
- Recording of group sessions if you can’t make it due to commitments you can’t control/make space around.
